What is your return policy?

How quickly will my order ship?

Most of our items are made to order within 4-8 business days. Check your product page and you should see if it will ship faster than that.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my order. What should I do?

In very rare cases, the USPS will scan a package as delivered when it is not the case. Please allow at least 2 more business days and if you still don't have your order, please contact us or your local post office.

Can I make changes to a design?

Absolutely, check our Customization Requests page for more information.

Do you offer any promo codes?

Yes we do! Sign up to our mailing list by scrolling to the bottom of our website and receive all our promotions directly in your inbox.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes, during checkout you will see a "Gift Message" option. Fill it out and we'll make sure to add that message to your package.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

If you are a retailer interested in carrying our products, contact us for more information.

Where will my order ship from?

Our company is based in the U.S. and orders will ship from the U.S.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. International orders will have their shipping costs calculated during checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

At this time, we cannot change or cancel an order after it's been placed. You can try contacting us within minutes of placing your order but we can't guarantee we'll be able to do so. We try to move our orders into processing right away.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards. All payments paid by e-Check through PayPal must cleared in order for your order to be fulfilled.
