Customization Requests

We are happy to make any customization to any of our products free of charge. 

How do I request a customization?

  • When you click in the shopping bag icon at the top of every page click on View Cart.
  • Enter your customization request in the ADD A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER field.

How do I specify a color change?

The request we get the most often is a color change, but when a customer says they want what is baby blue to be navy, it can get confusing. Our recommendation is:

  • Go to https://htmlcolorcodes.com and find the color that you want.
  • Enter the exact color code (HEX code, starts with a #) in the order notes during checkout (see first question on this page).

Can I see a mockup of my product before you send to production?

Absolutely! Just specify that you want to get a mockup and please check your email often (if you don't hear from us within 48 hours, check your junk/spam folder).
